It contributes to the firm’s business development and project goals by leading staff, overseeing project health, and maintaining client partnerships.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and train staff
• develop new project proposals and oversee project financial health
• assist with RFQ/RFP responses and business development
• manage client relationships and pursue additional and new business
• oversee projects for the Interior Architecture & Design group. Qualifications include 10+ years in interior design/architecture, at least two years as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, commercial interior project experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and CAD and Revit knowledge.
