Service Dispatcher

What you'll do

• Assign service calls to electricians and HVAC technicians based on skills, location, and workload
• monitor job progress and adjust schedules for emergencies or delays
• optimize routes
• communicate schedule changes
• answer calls, schedule appointments, gather job details, and follow up with customers
• enter customer and job information in the CRM
• track technician availability
• document work orders
• assist with performance reports
• and coordinate with warehouse or purchasing for parts and materials as needed.
