What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair PLC- and motion-controlled roll forming lines, pneumatic systems, drives, and mechanical assemblies
• diagnose electrical, mechanical, and controls faults
• develop and manage preventive maintenance
• coordinate maintenance schedules with Production and department heads
• assign and track work orders, labor, and expenses
• manage parts, inventory, vendors, invoices, purchases, and budget
• enforce lockout/tagout and machine-guarding procedures
• supervise, train, and develop technicians
• maintain building and grounds systems.
