What you'll do

• Train, schedule, coach, assess, and supervise staff
• oversee service, food and beverage quality, cleanliness, and sanitation
• manage inventories, ordering, scheduling, funds, reporting, and employee records
• hire and supervise front-of-house staff
• ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
• maintain equipment and preventive maintenance
• supervise shifts and solicit guest feedback
• resolve guest and employee issues
• develop staff and provide feedback and performance reviews
• fill in where needed to support service and operations.
