The Quality Lab Technician role is onsite in Kansas City, MO, with pay of $23–$23.75 per hour and a $0.75 second-shift differential. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 12:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. Boulevard Brewing Company is a craft brewery whose products are made by its people for its customers. The technician verifies the integrity and consistency of finished products through analytical testing, packaging oversight, and laboratory work. By recording and analyzing results, addressing quality issues, and collaborating with production and brewing teams, the role supports product quality and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Test packaged products for sensory attributes, carbonation, dissolved oxygen, and fill levels
• inspect packaging materials, equipment, and processes
• perform secondary microbiology functions including media preparation, sterile technique, filtration, cell counting, yeast propagation, and use of autoclaves, RT-PCR, and microscopes
• analyze data and identify trends
• maintain test and corrective-action records
• troubleshoot instruments and equipment
• calibrate laboratory tools
• support regulatory compliance
• collaborate on process improvements and train packaging staff on quality procedures.
