Lead Technician — Plastic Injection Molding

What you'll do

• Start production runs after mold setup
• improve production efficiency and reduce scrap
• troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and process issues
• document production processes
• perform workstation checks and equipment changeovers
• conduct minor mold maintenance and equipment repairs
• coordinate with Quality Control
• stage molds and equipment
• maintain records and shift handoffs
• supervise, train, and direct factory employees.
