• Govern the end-to-end innovation portfolio, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable value.
• Identify emerging trends, technologies, and market opportunities.
• Lead user research, donor insights analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
• Establish KPI frameworks and performance measurement systems.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Innovation, Business, Innovation, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred

Experience

8+ years of experience in innovation, strategy and project management roles
