What you'll do

• Lead, supervise, coach, and support nursing and medical assisting staff
• oversee staffing, scheduling, workflow, productivity, and resource allocation
• coordinate daily tasks and provide clinical guidance
• support staff training and development
• monitor documentation, quality measures, and reporting
• oversee clinical processes, equipment, medication management, and procedures
• ensure compliance with applicable requirements
• collaborate with providers, clinic leadership, and other Nurse Managers.
