The position is part of Playboy’s art department and supports the brand’s visual identity across print, digital, social, partnership, and experiential channels. The editor turns the Art Director’s creative direction into coordinated production plans and finished visual assets. The role manages photo and illustration commissioning, shoot logistics, research, and cross-platform execution to help deliver consistent visual storytelling.

What you'll do

• Support the Art Director in developing and executing visual concepts
• manage photo-shoot pre-production logistics, including location scouting, call sheets, equipment, crew, talent schedules, and budget tracking
• occasionally serve as an on-set liaison
• coordinate post-production asset delivery and retouching direction
• commission photography and illustration
• maintain creative talent relationships and visual reference libraries
• conduct photo and illustration research
• support video assignments and cross-platform asset adaptation.
