Lead Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Lead and perform routine and emergency maintenance
• assign and monitor team work
• manage and prioritize resident requests
• participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergencies

• support preventive maintenance
• document work orders, expenses, inventory, and projects
• promote safe work practices
• guide and train team members.
