What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate FAC-1B and FAC-1C project activities
• develop and maintain QA plans and oversee Contractor Quality Control compliance
• manage daily quality activities through physical and financial closeout
• monitor schedules, reporting, metrics, risks, and corrective actions
• collaborate with government personnel, contractors, project managers, and stakeholders
• lead QA/QC meetings and maintain project documentation
• support scheduling and interpretation of construction drawings and specifications
• and assist with recruiting, onboarding, mentoring, and developing team members.
