What you'll do
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis programs and behavior intervention plans as directed by a BCBA
- collect and record behavioral data
- support daily living, communication, and coping skills
- help manage and de-escalate challenging behaviors using approved techniques
- collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary staff
- promote a safe, structured therapeutic environment.
