The Night Auditor is an onsite, full-time role in Chesapeake, VA, working 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Pay is $15–$17 per hour. The role supports hotel operations and guest service at Aloft Chesapeake, part of LTD Hospitality Group.

What you'll do

• Handle guest check-ins and checkouts
• review reservations and no-shows
• assist guests with hotel and local information
• back up the property management system
• handle wake-up calls and guest messages
• post charges, prepare bills, collect payments, and follow cash-handling procedures
• complete revenue and housekeeping reports
• report unusual conditions to the morning associate
• prepare for the morning shift
• address guest complaints
• complete lobby duties.
