The role contributes to client care and supports the clinician's progress toward independent licensure through supervision, consultation, and professional development.

What you'll do

• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy under clinical supervision
• manage a caseload
• conduct assessments and reassessments within scope
• develop and evaluate individualized treatment plans
• collaborate on client progress, risk concerns, and discharge planning
• maintain clinical documentation
• participate in the therapeutic milieu, meetings, supervision, and training.
