What you'll do

• Own user experience and content journeys for key audiences
• maintain and improve website pages
• build new pages and digital experiences with agency and internal partners
• translate campaign, product, recruiting, and communications goals into web experiences
• create, edit, quality-check, and publish WordPress content
• partner with marketing, communications, creative, recruiting, and business stakeholders
• improve navigation, page flow, content hierarchy, conversion paths, and engagement
• use AI-enabled workflows for ideation, prototyping, production, and content refinement
• coordinate agency work on design, development, maintenance, SEO, analytics, and technical improvements
• monitor performance and user behavior
• ensure brand, quality, accessibility, and performance standards.
