What you'll do

• Install, repair, and replace window wells and waterproofing systems
• excavate and prepare work areas
• apply waterproofing membranes, sealants, and drainage solutions
• inspect window wells and foundations for damage or water infiltration
• operate hand tools, power tools, and light excavation equipment
• communicate with customers at job sites
• and maintain a clean, safe worksite. The role helps protect homes and businesses from water damage through waterproofing installations and window well solutions. It contributes to lasting project results through careful site preparation, installation, and customer communication.
