What you'll do

• Prepare detailed estimates, quantity takeoffs, pricing, and proposals for structural and flatwork concrete projects
• review plans and specifications
• coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors
• negotiate material and labor costs
• plan and schedule awarded projects
• oversee field execution
• conduct site visits
• track progress
• manage change orders
• communicate with clients, architects, and internal teams
• help keep projects on schedule and resolve issues.
