What you'll do

• Review and reconcile daily transactions
• verify guest charges and balance the cash drawer
• prepare financial and occupancy reports
• complete the night audit in the property management system
• greet guests and handle check-ins, check-outs, requests, and concerns
• monitor security and conduct facility walk-throughs
• follow emergency procedures
• maintain guest records
• assist with reservations and prepare the hotel for the morning shift.
