What you'll do

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• prepare and review financial reports, reconciliations, and schedules
• oversee general ledger accounting and U.S. GAAP compliance
• coordinate external audits
• support tax filings and regulatory reporting
• review intercompany transactions
• assist with budgeting and financial analysis
• partner with HR on payroll and benefits reconciliations
• improve accounting procedures and controls
• guide accounting staff.
