What you'll do

• Prepare tables, buffet stations, and beverage stations according to Banquet Event Orders
• attend to guests upon arrival
• pass hors d’oeuvres and beverages during cocktail hour
• garnish and decorate dishes before serving
• serve meal courses
• pour and replenish beverages.
