What you'll do

• Oversee daily construction activities
• coordinate subcontractors, field personnel, vendors, and project activities
• monitor progress and schedule
• review plans and specifications
• conduct site walks
• maintain daily reports
• support safety standards
• inspect work for compliance with specifications and quality standards
• identify deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions
• track punch-list items
• coordinate inspections
• maintain QA/QC and closeout records
• communicate quality concerns to field leadership and project management.
