What you'll do

• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• prepare and post general ledger journal entries for multiple clients
• prepare monthly financial reporting packages
• process payroll and file federal and state payroll tax reports
• prepare trial balances, workpapers, and reconciliations for annual income tax compliance projects
• prepare monthly sales tax reports
• perform data entry and administrative duties
• communicate project status and information requests to clients
• support ad hoc requests and special projects
• maintain confidentiality. Requires at least two years of bookkeeping experience and familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop and Online.
