What you'll do

• Maintain and update the membership database
• process and post membership payments
• prepare and mail membership cards
• organize, file, scan, and maintain records
• answer phones, greet visitors, accept payments, and respond to inquiries
• process financial transactions and help balance transaction tapes
• prepare membership activity reports
• guide coworkers on membership systems and procedures
• support vendor invoicing, contract documentation, and reporting as needed.
