What you'll do

• Provide direct care and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist with personal hygiene, behavioral management, and daily living activities.
• Support participants in community outings and help them achieve developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and work collaboratively with the care team.
• Requires driving and valid license.
