What you'll do

• Oversee daily site operations, attendance tracking, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• supervise, coach, and evaluate staff
• monitor the site budget and vendor oversight
• serve as the primary contact for school personnel, families, and community partners
• lead recruitment and retention efforts
• support literacy, STEM, arts, civic engagement, NYC Reads, and inclusion supports, including Individualized Accommodation Plans.
