The Experienced Traffic Control Crew Member role is onsite in Nolensville, TN, with compensation of $18.50–$21 per hour. The role supports traffic control and flagging work zones to help protect workers and the traveling public.

What you'll do

• Direct motorists around work activity and traffic
• set up signs, cones, barricades, and other warning devices
• maintain worksite equipment
• coordinate daily plans and work-zone needs with crew leads and officers
• complete job tickets and daily paperwork
• assist with setup, breakdown, and final equipment walkthroughs
• and remain visible outside vehicles. Requires a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of flagger experience, a valid Tennessee Flagger Certification Card, dependable transportation, and a clean driving record. Weekend work is required at some locations
• shifts may involve standing or sitting for 8–12 hours and outdoor traffic and construction conditions.
