The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Home Health Aide (HHA) role is onsite in Miami, FL, providing one-on-one care in clients’ homes. Pay is $16–$25 per hour, based on experience, case type, and shift. SYNERGY HomeCare of Miami provides non-medical care intended to help clients remain safe and comfortable at home. The role supports clients’ daily living, safety, and well-being through personal care, companionship, mobility assistance, and timely documentation. Caregivers communicate with clients, families, and agency staff and follow certification and care-plan limits when taking vital signs or assisting with transfers and ambulation.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• provide companionship and emotional support
• offer standby assistance for safety and fall prevention
• assist with transfers and ambulation within scope of practice
• take and record vital signs as permitted by certification and care plan
• maintain a safe, clean, and respectful home environment
• communicate with clients, families, and staff
• document care accurately and promptly.
