What you'll do
- Conduct pre-employment screenings
- provide body mechanics training and job coaching
- perform early intervention and ergonomic assessments
- implement wellness and work simulation programs
- support health and safety compliance
- collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management
- and track and report program metrics.
