Accurate records and regular reporting help keep receivables current, reduce outstanding balances, and ensure credits owed to the company are accounted for.

What you'll do

• Review accounts receivable balances
• contact customers and fleet accounts about outstanding invoices
• follow up on past-due balances and escalate issues
• review aging reports
• research payment discrepancies
• document collection efforts
• provide weekly AR summaries
• manage fleet receivables and records
• reconcile company credit card statements and match transactions to invoices and repair orders
• follow up on vendor credits and discrepancies
• report unresolved issues to leadership.
