What you'll do

• Screen, transfer, and answer incoming calls
• take accurate messages
• direct callers to the correct destination
• respond to guest requests and follow up
• answer questions about hotel services and amenities
• coordinate requests with departments using Hotel Expert
• assist with room-service orders
• maintain directories and on-call lists
• dispatch maintenance and housekeeping staff as needed
• protect confidential information
• respond calmly to emergencies.
