Charter Coordinator

Job overview

The Charter Coordinator role is onsite in Crestwood, IL, with pay up to $25 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. First Student’s work includes safely transporting students and passengers to and from their destinations. The coordinator quotes and books outside charter work, then routes and dispatches assignments to the appropriate branch. By supporting customer pricing, marketing, and budget goals, the role helps grow charter revenue and the customer base.

• Quote and book outside charter work throughout the region

• distribute and dispatch new work to the appropriate branch or location
• support customer-base growth and marketing strategies
