What you'll do

• Prepare facility department schedules
• coordinate payroll timecards and issues
• liaise on employee benefits
• ensure new-hire compliance, including time-clock enrollment, background and reference checks, license verification, and credentialing
• identify openings, screen and interview applicants
• participate in management meetings as required
• handle HR matters and employee status changes
• schedule resident appointments and transportation
• respond to medical-record release requests and file records
• perform general office tasks.
