Medical Assistant – Tampa Area (Hybrid)

What you'll do

• Prepare and review patient charts and relevant clinical information in the EMR
• assist APRNs with documentation and note preparation
• identify incomplete records and follow up
• coordinate provider schedules, follow-up appointments, and referrals
• communicate with facility staff and internal teams
• obtain records and patient information
• track outstanding tasks
• maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies.
