Senior Electronics Repair and Diagnostic Technician

Job overview

Compensation is $25–$30 per hour. The Senior Electronics Repair and Diagnostic Technician role is onsite in Charlotte, NC. ; the posting describes pay as competitive and based on experience. The technician works with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to improve product reliability and support continuous improvement. The technician troubleshoots, repairs, tests, and validates electronic equipment at board and component level. The role documents findings, investigates root causes, supports manufacturing and new product introductions, and helps identify improvements to products and processes.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair electronic equipment and assemblies
• perform root-cause analysis using schematics and diagnostic tools
• test and validate equipment using oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, and related tools
• document repair findings, corrective actions, and test results
• support manufacturing, prototypes, and new product introductions
• recommend process or product improvements
• mentor and support technicians and production personnel.
