What you'll do

• Manage four Regional Network Managers and two Agent Leads
• establish consistent performance standards, tooling, and escalation protocols
• coach both groups
• resolve misalignment and prioritize competing regional needs
• participate with Agent Leads and Procurement in agent deactivation decisions
• document decisions consistently
• serve as escalation point for cross-regional issues
• coordinate with Network Enablement, Network Solutions, and Network Strategy & Operations
• partner on capacity planning, organizational design, and strategic initiatives.
