What you'll do
- Provide customer support by phone and email

- maintain a consistent schedule and weekend availability
- secure mobile devices in the provided lockbox during work hours. Training is scheduled Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. for two weeks
- subsequent schedules include Saturday hours and a weekday off.
