Senior Business Analyst

What you'll do

• Work with leadership and staff to define future-state workflows
• facilitate agreement on standard workflows, handoffs, and decision points
• document processes
• help clarify process ownership
• gather and document requirements for systems projects
• liaise between business stakeholders and technical resources
• support process design, user validation, user acceptance testing coordination, rollout readiness, change adoption, and improvement prioritization.
