What you'll do

• Provide care based on resident care plans and physician orders
• prepare and administer medications
• coordinate with facility personnel and other departments
• receive and give nursing reports
• make rounds with physicians as necessary
• assist with activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement
• communicate changes in resident needs
• provide nursing services within the active license
• perform catheterization, wound care, and IV care as applicable.
