In-Home Caregiver with Transfer Experience

The In-Home Caregiver with Transfer Experience works onsite for a client in the Franklin area of Tennessee, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM, approximately 16.5 hours weekly. Pay is $18–$20 per hour. Helping Hearts provides one-on-one home-care assignments and emphasizes safety, consistency, and compassionate support. The caregiver provides hands-on assistance with daily living, transfers, fall prevention, companionship, meals, and light household tasks. Close supervision and accurate documentation help protect the client’s safety and support continuity of care.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living and approved transfers
• monitor for fall risks and maintain a safe environment
• provide companionship, meal preparation, hydration reminders, and light housekeeping
• observe and report changes or incidents
• complete shift documentation and electronic visit verification
• follow the care plan and transfer training requirements.
