Lower Division Substitute Teacher

The Lower Division Substitute Teacher role is onsite in Brookline, MA, during school hours of 7:45 a.m.–3:45 p.m. Compensation is $25 per hour. What you'll do

• Be available on campus during school hours for planned or as-needed coverage and respond to last-minute requests
• collaborate with administrative assistants to understand and implement lesson plans
• adapt to classrooms and student needs
• establish student safety, conduct, procedures, and routines
• assess student performance and engagement
• supervise technology use in lessons
• complete assigned administrative and coverage duties, including attendance and lunch or recess supervision
• use feedback to improve practice.
