• Manage day-to-day office operations and compliance

• hire staff and schedule caregivers and clients
• prioritize client service and territory growth
• support employee engagement and a communicative work environment
• ensure compliance with industry regulations, state requirements, and internal standards
• and collaborate with colleagues and the executive team. The position includes on-call responsibilities.
