What you'll do

• Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations
• supervise and mentor an installer partner
• coach junior team members on installation practices, quality, and efficiency
• troubleshoot field installation challenges
• calculate refrigerant charge when necessary
• communicate with customers
• receive, verify, and load equipment and materials
• complete job packets and collect customer payments when needed
• coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, leadership, and installation teams
• participate in technical and leadership training.
