What you'll do

• Understand client needs, analyze situations, and develop an appropriate course of action
• prepare pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, contracts, judgments, and orders for a high volume of cases
• collaborate with senior partners and paralegals to move files through civil litigation
• represent clients at court hearings as needed.
