- Provide first-responder support for production issues
- assist manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams with root-cause analysis
- develop standard work
- support process and design improvements
- identify improvement opportunities using process data and KPIs
- assist with process selection and development for new products
- perform line changeovers and equipment setups
- and receive incoming SMT reels.
