What you'll do

• Perform advanced CCTV monitoring and live tracking.
• Conduct archival video review and compile investigative packages.
• Coordinate multi-channel dispatch operations.
• Maintain incident logs and alarm classifications.
• Utilize AVERT workflows and ticketing systems.
• Conduct first-level troubleshooting for security devices.
