What you'll do

• Operate semi-automated and fully automated equipment
• complete startups, setups, and changeovers
• clear basic jams
• diagnose production and machine issues
• perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and routine adjustments
• monitor equipment and product quality
• identify defects and equipment problems
• complete quality checks and production documentation
• follow work orders and operating instructions
• escalate complex repairs to maintenance
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• follow GMP, sanitation, and food-safety requirements.
