What you'll do

• Manage concurrent bank implementations, dependencies, and risks
• lead client calls and manage stakeholder expectations
• coordinate implementation architects, software engineers, and customer success
• translate technical requirements between clients and internal teams
• assist with configuration and debugging when needed
• document solutions and process improvements
• escalate issues to sales and leadership when needed.
