What you'll do

• Lead and manage direct reports, including task management, training, cross-training, time-off approvals, performance reviews, and process changes
• assist with hiring

• create and track annual budgets
• address customer issues through resolution
• coordinate marketing efforts
• monitor process compliance and monthly reporting
• support property-management software implementation
• lead communication on emergency and storm-related concerns.
