• support integrations involving ACCM, Paragon, Salesforce, ADI-BP, pol-sync-svc, EDI, and SFTP
• coordinate with external system owners
• negotiate API contracts
• triage incidents across system boundaries
• document integration specifications, sequence diagrams, and contract files.
