What you'll do

• Scrape and rinse dishes and wash them by hand or machine
• wash pots, pans, and trays
• polish silverware as assigned
• maintain chemical levels and temperatures according to standards
• keep the dish area orderly
• sweep and mop kitchen floors
• clean food preparation surfaces
• remove trash
• transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
• help load and unload supplies.
